What do you do for NBB?
I primarily take care of communications – getting the word out to the press, all our followers on social media and our email newsletters readers!

Why did you join NBB?
I want to be part of something than makes a difference in people’s lives.

Why is the fight against hunger important to you?
It’s important to me to fight against hunger because I feel that in this day and time no one should ever have to worry about where their next meal is coming from. I feel that just because a person doesn’t have the ability to provide for themselves or their family doesn’t mean that they should have to suffer by starvation. Being able to provide a meal for even just one person, or one family, could make a huge impact on their lives.

Where’d you grow up, go to school, live before here?
I was born and raised in Anniston, AL. Although I still live in Alabama, I am hoping to relocate to Nashville very soon.

This is a huge toss up for me, but I would have to say Dominican Republic has been my favorite so far.

Any kiddos or pets running the house?
I have two dogs-a chihuahua who’s name is Reecie and a chi-weenie named Diggity…yes, like the song “No Diggity”
